-Before your appointment

  • A $25 dollar deposit will be required at time of booking to reserve the service. The $25 dollars will be applied to the services rendered. (See acceptable forms of payment below)

  • All color services are customized and may take multiple visits to achieve certain styles depending on length, hair types, porosity, integrity & chemical history. Some visits may require treatments and/or fortifying prior to getting started with ANY chemicals. Results may vary.

  • The benefit of the consultation is that a plan is customized for the client over a period of time. All potential clients are asked to be patient, honest and realistic with the process.

  • Corrections require consultations and deposit. Deposit will convert into a cancellation fee if not cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment.

  • If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to reschedule.

  • Please allow yourself some time to park. There may not be a parking spot immediately available beside the salon. There is street parking, metered parking, and a small parking lot located in the back of the building.

  • Notify Oscar if you are running late more then fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes.

During your appointment

  • Oscar will wear a mask at your request.

  • Customers have the option of wearing a mask during the appointment.

  • Oscar Gomez follows San Diego County Covid Guidelines.

  • Oscar is committed to cleaning and disinfecting throughout your session.

Rebooking

  • Use QR code or booking links to reschedule for your future services within 24 hours of initial appointment time. If the appointment is not booked within the 24 hour mark, the $25 dollar deposit will be considered a cancellation fee.

  • Self booking may also include direct texting to Oscar. Text Oscar at (619) 379-7562.

THINK UP HAIR CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum 24 hour notice for cancellations of set appointments. Less then 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.

We accept the following forms of payments. Cash App, Square, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Amex, Cash and Card. Fees may apply cash a small fee will be applied depending the method. Card transactions are run through Square Merchant.
